Over the past 25 years, I have dedicated my career to coaching, facilitating, and mentoring leaders and teams across industries and countries, helping them navigate complex professional environments with clarity, confidence, and cultural intelligence.
Having worked extensively with global organizations such as Bentley Systems, Fujitsu, Mercedes-Benz, BDO, and TEDx, my expertise lies in developing leadership pipelines for succession planning, enhancing executive presence, and fostering high-performing teams. With a deep-rooted understanding of cross-cultural collaboration and negotiation dynamics, I have designed programs and implemented my own MPWRD™ frameworks that enable professionals to build trust, resolve conflicts, and lead with impact.
My approach is deeply informed by my international experience, having lived and worked in the UK, USA, Europe, and India. This exposure has allowed me to integrate best global practices with region-specific insights, ensuring that my training is both globally relevant and locally adaptable.
